This code of conduct describes our business practices and procedures related to the behavioral expectation of our employees for the services we provide and maintain with our clients, business partners and other professional people.

Our client relationships are built upon a foundation of mutual trust. We are therefore committed to conducting our business in a reliable and honest way with professional opinions and ensure that our clients, business partners and employees are treated respectfully, without taking advantage of individual situations for the benefit of financial enrichment or other causes of the company or individuals.

 

LEGAL COMPLIANCE

 

We always seek to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. Although our employees are not expected to know all the details of the different jurisdictions in which we operate, we hold regular and appropriate information sessions to ensure that employees and business partners know enough in order to determine when to seek advice from supervisors and managers in case of a potential conflict with applicable laws or this code of conduct.

COMPETENCE

 

We are working methodologically and systematically and will make sure that only employees and business partners with the necessary competence, knowledge and skills are deployed in our projects in order to complete our client engagements according to the highest professional standards.

CONFIDENTIALITY

 

We ensure our clients and business partners that all confidential information that is entrusted and provided to us will be treated respectfully and not disclosed to outside parties, unless we are required by law to do so. This obligation continues even after the collaboration with our clients, business partners or employees ends. OBJECTIVITY

 

We perform all professional services with impartiality and take necessary steps to avoid bias in the selection and presentation of information, including inappropriate influence and judgment of our professional opinions and recommendations. Any unforeseen conflicts, or conflicts that may evolve during our assignments are immediately disclosed and resolved.

ETHICAL BEHAVIOR

 

Our employees always conduct themselves in an honest and ethical manner and act with the highest standards of personal and professional integrity and don’t tolerate others who attempt to deceive or evade responsibility for actions. They are prohibited from taking for themselves personally opportunities that are discovered through the use of client information for the personal gain and won’t compete with the client directly or indirectly.

COMPETITION

 

We respect our competitors and peers in our market and seek to outperform them through superior performance and quality of services, never through unethical or illegal business practices. We therefore comply with applicable competition laws to ensure fair business conduct at all times.

BRIBERY

 

We prohibit our employees and business partners working on behalf of our company or our clients to give or to accept anything of value, including gifts, favors or illegal payments, directly from or to other parties in order to obtain or retain business or an improper advantage for our business, our clients, our partners, or other third parties.


SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

 

We see social responsibility as a moral obligation to give back to the communities which provided us the opportunity to succeed. We therefore make social responsibility part of all our business decisions, whether it is to minimize our impact on the environment by promoting energy saving and recycling measures at our office and project locations or by offering remote working to our employees and encourage them to volunteer freed-up time in their immediate community.
